CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS
Customer is Responsible for all shipping costs, 15% restocking fees and fees due to credit card, plus chargebacks ect
when order is cancelled by customer or for doll returns. ONLY STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RETURNS and must be used within 90 days of return

RETURN POLICY
Returns cannot be accepted on damaged boxes and merchandise must be in it's original condition, in the original box, or it will not be accepted. Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept any changes or cancellation. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY A2Z PRIOR TO RETURN..OR NO STORE CREDIT!!!

Dolls must be returned within 5 days after receipt, in the condition/box when shipped by A2Z. If it is a porcelain doll and returned ripped or torn inside of box, ect, the doll is no longer NRFB, BRAND NEW, MINT IN BOX, it is considered a used doll, so please be careful how you handle the doll and box.
ALL VINTAGE DOLLS SALES ARE FINAL SALES, NO CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS ACCEPTED ON VINTAGE DOLLS DUE TO THE FRAGILITY OF THE DOLL A2Z is not responsible for a Refund. If you are not satisfied with any of the new doll purchases you must contact A2Z, give reason for return and get a response from A2Z Dolls. Any mishandling of product or non authorized return will result with NO CREDIT. When Credit applied, Credit only applies to the condition of the doll and doll box if sold with original box, when returned back to A2Z Dolls.

SHIPPING FEES ARE ESTIMATED ON SITE FOR ALL PURCHASES AND MAY BE MORE THEN LISTED FROM PAYPAL, AND AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT FOR TOTAL DUE, WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ORDER BEING SHIPPED OUT, PAYPAL FEES ONLY GO UP TO 30.00 FOR SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE

LAYAWAY POLICIES :

Any layaway cancellations, or changes will be charged a restocking fee. The first payment is the amount of the restocking fee. Late payments will be charged an additional 10.00 if paid later then 7 days. Payments are non refundable if you decide not to purchase the doll(s) put on layaway if cancelled, a credit towards other doll(s)will be issued.

We offer a 2 payment Layaway. The purchase price including Postage and Insurance
(6% sales tax if resident of New Jersey) will be divided into 2 payments.

So 1/2 down would be your initial deposit. Any doll put on layaway is the price you will be billed. If that doll goes on sale or an increase in price occurs during layaway, you are still responsible for the price you put the doll on layaway for

PAYMENTS are expected ONCE PER MONTH in US CURRENCY.
or bi monthly if you choose but can not exceed the 2 layaway plan or a 5% fee will be charged on the total purchase price. No Exceptions.

SHIPPING
ALL POSTAGE, HANDLING & INSURANCE WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL
at the time of the purchase. Items are shipped thru FEDEX WITH INSURANCE, if item is damaged during Shipping, Customer must File a Claim with the Shipper.
We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

Checks are held for 10 days to clear and Money Orders shipped within 5 days of receipt

Shipped within 5 to 10 business days unless doll has to be ordered in. Which should be within one week of purchase. If doll is out of stock and unable to be ordered for over 1 month, and customer cancels, credit card fees can not be refunded, since we are charged. This is unusual but does occur.
